We’re located in Navasota, Texas, at 2945 FM 3090—just a short drive south of College Station and an easy getaway from Houston.
What types of events can be hosted at the ranch and how many guests can you accommodate?
We welcome weddings, family reunions, corporate retreats, birthday celebrations, and other private events. Whether you’re planning something intimate or grand, we have packages to suit your needs. Our venue is ideal for events with up to 100 guests indoors. Please contact us for specifics regarding indoor and outdoor space.
Do you offer overnight accomodations?
Yes! We offer on-site overnight stays in our ranch house and guest suites, so you and your guests can relax and enjoy the full ranch experience.
What amenities are included?
Your reservation includes access to our event space, kitchen, outdoor ceremony spaces, on-site parking and more. Custom add-ons are available. We will gladly share vendor information to rent table and chairs, catering and more. You’re welcome to bring your own vendors. We also have a list of trusted local vendors if you need recommendations.
Why are there two deposits required?
At Buena Vista Ranch, we require two separate deposits for different purposes. The booking deposit is used to reserve your event date and confirm your rental. This amount is non-refundable, as it holds your spot and protects against cancellations. But it will be deducted from the full amount due. The security deposit, on the other hand, is a fully refundable amount collected to cover any potential damages, excessive cleaning, or violations of venue policies. After your event, once a walkthrough confirms that everything is in good condition and terms were followed, the security deposit will be returned to you.
